2008 Registration Form & Camp Schedule

General Health & Release Form

This form is required for all campers who will be staying at Redcloud for more than 72 hours. A physician's exam and the immunization record is required. It is sent with your confirmation packet, but you can also download it here.

Health & Release Form for Outdoor Education

This form is required for campers who will be staying at Redcloud for less than 72 hours, such as outdoor education (school groups) or day camp. A physician's exam is not required, but the immunization record is required.

Rock Camp Application
