Register for one of Redcloud's exciting, purposeful camps. You can register online or download forms to complete and mail or fax in. You'll also find our health & release forms under the "downloadable forms" tab.

2010 Registration Form & Camp Schedule

This form includes the summer camp schedule and all required information. After printing the form, complete it, and mail or fax it to us.

General Health & Release Form

This form is required for all youth-camp campers who will be staying at Redcloud for more than 72 hours. A physician's exam and the immunization record is required. It is sent with your confirmation packet, but you can also download it here.

Health & Release Form for Day Camps or Weekend Retreats

This form is required for all youth-camp campers who will be staying at Redcloud for less than 72 hours, such as Day Camp or Weekend Retreats. A physician's exam is not required, but the immunization record is required. It is sent with your confirmation packet, but you can also download it here.

Family & Adult Release Form
