Parent/Child

The Parent/Child ministry is an extension of the Family and Adult ministry here at Redcloud.

The greatest relationship the world has ever known is between God the Father and Jesus Christ the Son. Redcloud uses this relationship as our model to:

- affirm and strengthen the relationship between parents and their children

- challenge the parent as the principal influence and teacher of their children

- Communicate Christ through the parents to their children

- afford parents an undistracted time and adventure with their children

For some parents the challenge may show itself in spending time alone with their children. We use intentionally structured and unstructured time in activity, in worship, and shared adventures to deepen the relationship with each other and with God.

“You shall teach them diligently to your sons and shall talk of them when you sit in your house and when you walk by the way and when you lie down and when you rise up.” Deut. 6:7
