Equestrian Manager

Job Summary:
Redcloud is looking for an equestrian manager to oversee the horsemanship program.
A qualified candidate will have substantial experience managing an equestrian program or riding facility,
staff as well as horses. The manager must train and oversee the wrangler staff and be responsible for care
of forty horses year-round. Experience is required in the areas of horse training, feeding, basic veterinary
first aid, and herd management. Experience is also required in horsemanship and riding instruction
(Western and English preferred) with youth as well as adults. CHA certification is also preferred.
The manager must be passionate about ministry to children, be a hard worker, a self starter, and desire to use
horses as a tool to demonstrate to campers the truths of God.

Engineer / Skilled Handyman
Time Frame: 2 years or more
Location: Camp Redcloud & Redcloud Ranch
Job Summary: Redcloud needs a full-time staff member to serve in
general maintenance of our facilities. The position includes maintaining
freezers & refrigerators, boilers, well-houses, general construction and
repairs, and various electrical and plumbing needs.

Administrative Assistant
Time Frame: 2 years or more
Location: Camp Redcloud
Job Summary: Answer and
direct phone calls, process registrations and donations using our
database, manage office supply inventory, make a daily “run” to the bank
and post office in Lake City, manage the Redcloud “petty cash”, manage
Redcloud bulk mailings, and assist the President, Director of
Administration and other Redcloud directors as needed.
