Sarah Simpson was blessed to grow up in upstate New York the youngest of 11 children. She accepted Christ at the age of 17 and developed a love and passion for God’s church and discipleship. Sarah graduated from Messiah college with a B.A. in Christian Ministry and Education, beginning a journey of discovering the depths of God’s grace to all people.

In the fall of 2005, Sarah came to Redcloud as a counselor for the Outdoor Education program. She stayed on, serving as a counselor for both Outdoor Education and Adventure Camps. In December of 2006 she joined the Youth Challenge Leadership team developing quiet times, hiring speakers, and helping run OE and Adventure. Sarah is now responsible for guiding and directing the Adventure Program, facilitating discipleship for campers and staff alike.

We are funded by a combination of camper fees, scholarships, and gifts from individuals and churches. All of our full-time staff raise personal support in order to serve here at Redcloud.
