Steve is from Joliet, Illinois, a place he called home for 38 years. In 1998, he married Ema (she is from Romania), and they have three beautiful children (Brennen, Evan & Kaeley).

Steve is glad to be back at Redcloud. He worked here as a Counselor in the mid 90’s for the Outdoor Education Program and the Summer Camp. Thoroughly enjoying his experience, he prayed often that God would open a door again and allow him to pursue his passion for camp ministry.

Steve gradauted from Northern Illinois University in 1989 with a degree in Finance. His experience includes working as a Sales Representative, Personal Banker, Youth Pastor, Day Camp & Youth Sports Director.

We are funded by a combination of camper fees, scholarships, and gifts from individuals and churches. All of our full-time staff raise personal support in order to serve here at Redcloud.
